
James is a Principal within the Communication business in the UK. He advises and consults with clients across a broad range of communication issues and topics, with particular focus on digital communication whereby employee data and technology is used to enhance the relevance and impact of the deliverable. Examples of recent projects include:
• Developing a new online experience to improve the way in which employees deliver communication solutions that are more templated in nature, helping to improve business efficiency, increase capacity and improve profitability of the projects being delivered.
• Partnering with a Saudi based investment company that required support to develop an effective communication strategy for the employees of its clients, targeting active members and non-members to ensure the right messages, information and tools are provided to the right audience.
• Implementation of a digital portal to raise awareness on pension options at retirement, ensuring members make timely decision to support future retirement income needs.
James holds a BA Hons in Business Studies and has an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the CIM.
